I'm a product designer & systems thinker noodling on the intersection of people, data, and process.
Currently the sole designer at Curie.Bio, a biotech VC, I lead design for an internal tooling platform that enable its recruiting teams to thoughtfully source, manage, and track prospects for critical roles at their portfolio companies.
I'm driven by creating principled, scalable technology that helps people accomplish something meaningful. Before product design, I spent 4+ years on the Trust & Safety teams at Facebook & Twitter developing policies, features, and processes to mitigate risk to users. The experience of advocating for user needs showed me that I wanted a hands on role in crafting these solutions.
